Good Morning

There could be several ways to start this off... We had a great Christmas and Happy New Years. Our children blessed our hearts with smiles, giggles, hugs, and cheer Christmas morning. There is nothing on this earth any more precious than family. If you do not have it, you do not understand what I am talking about. God continues to bless our family beyond belief.
We started off Christmas Eve with my mom and Dad, Tara and Samantha, and Uncle Michael was called in to work. I really cannot understand why people want there power on? It seems that they could just wait:0
Christmas morning we were awaken to find that Santa had visited sometime during the night. Bryant was all smiles. Thomas the Train was more than he could stand. He had so much fun opening presents this year. He jumped right into it. Never missing a beat with a smile or hug...
Madison thought the scooter Santa brought her was awesome. We are thankful for some pretty weather so that she could get out and ride it.
Kayla enjoyed opening all her presents. Santa was very good to her also. She has her own blog now so she can update you on her Christmas surprises.
After a morning of fun at our house, we headed off to Granny and Papa's. We have never been the last to arrive but this year we completed that mission. Everyone was there and ready to eat and get the festivities underway. Bryant was excited to see his cousins but Bowen is so much fun to play with right now. They would fuss and play. They were so cute. Camden and Wilder were passed around until Camden decided he did not like us:) Just kidding... He showed us he does know how to pitch a small fit. He was fine because it did not bother us at all. Remember we have Bryant.....
We enjoyed a birthday party/going back to Washington party for Laura on Thursday night. We visited Aunt Donna's to spend time with Laura before she left to return to Washington D.C. Laura will be just fine and suceed in life. She is a trooper. We wish her all the best.. Happy Birthday.
I cannot end without a final note concerning Christmas. I have ran into several people during the last week and the general comment I hear is......... I enjoyed it {Christmas} but I am glad it is over... It is sad that we are so ready to get back to the everyday rat race and fast paced events that take us away from family. I am sad it is over and wish it could last longer. Christmas is a time for being with your family and truly feeling the presence of God in your life. God is so good and blesses us daily. Do not forget to take time each day to say "thank you" for all he has blessed you with.
We love all of you....
{I promise pictures tomorrow} We are having all of my family over for dinner today, so as soon as I can!

Let me know the address for Kayla's blog. I look forward to seeing your Christmas pics. I just got a couple of ours uploaded last night. One more thing checked off my list - for now!
