Thanksgiving and Christmas greetings. As I sit and take the time to reflect on another year of love, joy, sorrow, blessings, fun and excitement I am reminded of how precious life can be. God blesses us in so many ways. Times we feel HE has turned his back on us only to find the window has been opened. My life is blessed beyond measure. Three amazing children. Now there is Kayla, the oldest. She has been going through some very trying teenage times and now has matured into a very intelligent young lady. She still has her moments but she is so willing to help when we ask. (the having to ask is the teenager in her:) She is making exceptional grades in school, going to church, dating a really great guy and learning that life has its ups and downs.
Madison has undergone some changes in the past few weeks. She has changed schools, joined the swim team, and now has her father for her basketball coach. She is so sweet and loving. Just the other night I was very sick with a headache. I think I had my temperature taken 3 times before the night was up.
Little Man Kennamer is going through the most precious stage right now. He is ALL boy. He loves his mommy and knows right when to send those little hugs and kisses. He is repeating everything we say. The good and the bad. We must be very careful.
As winter approaches I cannot help but ponder if there will be snow. The most beautiful form of precipitation there is. Just to sit in the window and take it all in. Flake after flake. The purity! Our family wishes everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas.
I will leave you with on of my favorite quotes:
Dont go through life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your attention.
